Terms of Service
This is an outline of what the final terms will cover. It is not the final contract.
What SaveScore is
- A software service that checks, read-only, that you saved money in your own bank account.
- A guide through four steps, from saving to a real credit history at a credit union.
What SaveScore is not
- Not a bank, and not a lender. We hold no deposits and never hold or move your money.
- We do not report to credit bureaus. If you open an account with a credit union, that credit union lends and reports.
- Saving on its own does not change your credit score.
- We cannot promise your credit score will go up. Results vary.
What it costs you
- $0. SaveScore is free for members. Your credit union pays SaveScore.
- A credit union may charge its own fees or interest. It shows you its terms before you decide anything.
Still to write (counsel)
- The written contract and how you can close your account.
- How disputes about a savings check are handled.
- Limits of liability, governing law and how we may change these terms.
